Product Details:

• Compatible for: Only compatible with lithium batteries (Li-on battery) with a capacity of 14S lithium batteries (50v 51.8V 52v)
• Connector Tip: DC 5.52.1mm and 5.52.5mm, comes with two connectors
• LED Status Indication: Red light indicates charging, green light indicates fully charged or disconnected. The indicator light shows the entire process: when connected to power supply, light is green. Once connected to ebike, light changes from green to red. When charging completes, light changes from red to green again.
• Equipped with 2 types of DC plugs: male plug with one hole. If electric bicycle plug is 5.5*2.5mm, connect independent connector included in package to 2.1mm and then to ebike.

Troubleshooting:

1. If charger voltage and current do not match battery parameters, charger may be incorrect. Provide brand and model of electric bicycle or original charger parameters and plug.
2. Charger may not work if battery is damaged from prolonged non-use. Batteries unused for more than 12 months or 2-3 months may be damaged.
3. If green light stays on after connecting to power supply and does not turn red after connecting to bicycle, connector may be loose. Use another connector in box to tighten original connector.
4. If green light turns off after connecting electric bicycle, there may be an internal short circuit causing self-protection function. Check ebike battery and replace if necessary.
